Customers may receive a 100% refund if a request is submitted before work on the project has begun. Should you decide not to proceed within one hour of placing the order, a refund will be granted, less a 15% processing fee for cases not meeting this time frame.
Refunds can only be claimed after all revision options have been exhausted. If the work fails to meet documented project requirements, we offer unlimited revisions to reach customer satisfaction. If, after this process, the work does not align with the original requirements, a partial refund may be issued based on a mutually agreed percentage.
Our commitment to "On Time Delivery" ensures timely delivery. If we fail to meet the agreed delivery deadline despite at least three documented attempts to contact us, a refund will be considered once company fault is verified by evidence.
Refund requests must be made within 60 days of delivery. Claims submitted beyond this timeframe will not be entertained, and customers should note the refund period at the time of order placement.
In cases of minor technical issues (e.g., grammatical errors, typographical errors, word count discrepancies), refunds may be granted through partial refunds or future discounts, as mutually agreed. Any delay from the client’s end will not constitute a refund eligibility.
If communication regarding project approvals or specifications ceases for 45 days between you and the account manager, the project will be marked as closed. Additional fees will apply for project reactivation.
A project will be deemed "closed" if delivered in full or unclaimed for a period of 45 days. After this period, Ghostwriting Wing will not hold liability for the project.
All completed products are entirely original and exclusive to your use. You retain full copyright over the products. Unauthorized use of any materials provided by Ghostwriting Wing may result in civil or criminal penalties, and you agree to hold Ghostwriting Wing harmless against any such unauthorized use.
Ghostwriting Wing strictly adheres to copyright laws and does not support or permit plagiarism or any fraudulent activities. We do not condone plagiarism, and any materials provided are intended to comply with copyright standards.
Ghostwriting Wing, its affiliates, and partners assume no liability for any unauthorized, inappropriate, illegal, or unethical use of our products, including, but not limited to, plagiarism, legal consequences, academic penalties, or any other disciplinary actions.
Unless specifically created by our in-house illustrators, we do not hold copyright for images. We may recommend image sources for your convenience. Royalty-free images are permitted, but copyrighted images may require additional fees to the copyright owner(s).
We will revise edited content to correct any objective or technical errors. Once corrected, any additional revisions are at the Company’s discretion.
Revisions will be made to specific sections of the content until approved by the client. After client approval, additional revisions will be charged at an editing rate.
Ghostwriting Wing and its affiliates, employees, and partners disclaim any liability for issues arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to technical failures, delays, or typographical errors. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims or damages resulting from your use of our services, including attorney fees or third-party claims arising from your use of our products or breach of these terms.
For ghostwriting orders, revisions to specific segments will continue until the client’s approval. Once approved, further revisions are subject to a standard editing rate.
Ghostwriting Wing is not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of this website or any associated information. These terms may vary depending on state or jurisdiction limitations.
